COVID-19 has brought a lot of uncertainty to livestock agriculture.  Join us for an evening conversation with Cornell’s Beef Specialist, Mike Baker.  We will talk through the current situation and explore some of the opportunities it may present for us.

  3. Freezer beef – how best to take advantage
  4. Open period for question and answer.
