 When you give to CCE, your support will stay right here in Delaware County! The programs and services provided by Cornell Cooperative Extension Delaware County help Delaware County residents with family, gardening, consumer and nutrition, agriculture, and youth development, environmental concerns that are of high priority for them.  Your support helps us do more to reach youth, adults, and families in our communities and provide them with high-quality, research-based educational programs they can trust!

Please know that Cornell Cooperative Extension Delaware County is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and your cash or in-kind gifts are tax-deductible as allowed by law. Gifts will be added to our general fund and used in the areas of highest need, unless you specify a program of interest.

Make A Donation

A gift is a great way to show your support.

Ways that you can give:

  • Donate securely online now with PayPal.
  • Checks / Credit Card Pledges may be mailed in with a Donation Form
  • Select CCE Delaware as your charity of choice on Amazon Smile 
  • Visit our Resource Center to donate in person and pick up our latest newsletter.

Attend A Program

Your support can be as simple as showing up. When you come to programs you are counted in the number of people we reach.  We offer an array of programming that you are sure to find useful; from on farm pasture walks and cooking classes to wreath-making sessions and more. View upcoming events.

Sponsor An Event

You can be recognized for funding events! Certain programs held annually ask for the assistance of sponsors in order for the event to be successful and continue on in the future.  These opportunities can include donating a prize/gift certificate to event winners or giving a monetary gift.  Some events that request sponsorships are:

Planned Giving

You can include CCE in your will or trust. Planned gifts are often bequests included in wills or living trusts. They may take the form of

  • Cash
  • Stocks & Bonds
  • Personal property
  • Life insurance
  • Real estate
  • Retirement plan assets

It is always a good idea to consult with your legal and financial advisors if you are considering any form of Planned Giving

You can’t go wrong with this one! Support CCE programming, receive our newsletter, be in the know about upcoming events, receive an invitation to our annual meeting, get a copy of our annual report, and more! Basic membership starts at just $20.00 Enroll Today!

Volunteer

The time you put in counts! Some examples of volunteering in youth and adult programming within CCE include:

  • Serving as an elected leader on the board
  • Serving on one of the issue committees
  • Signing up as a 4-H leader or chaperone
  • Ring/Building helper at county fair
  • Judges are needed for various 4-H events
  • Work Day at 4-H Camp Shankitunk
  • Other casual opportunities here and there

Give the Gift of Learning

When you purchase a resource or publication from us, you are not only making a monetary contribution, but helping us to spread knowledge as well.   We have several items that would make great holiday gifts!  We’ll even mail them to you directly if you can’t make it in to pick up.
