Birdsong Community Garden

The Birdsong Farm Community Garden is a partnership between the Lamson family and Cornell Cooperative Extension of Delaware County. It is designed to be accessible to gardeners of all ages and experience levels with raised beds and wide gravel pathways. Biointensive practices are utilized to grow the most amount of food in the least amount of space. Unlike allotment-style community gardens, participants work together and share in the harvest. Educators and Master Gardeners from CCE oversee the day-to-day operations, and host educational events and work sessions.

The garden is family friendly, and is a great place for children (and adults) to get hands-on experience and gain a greater appreciation for food production.
