On Saturday, June 1 from 10:00am - 12:00pm OR Sunday, June 2, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. all sheep, swine, and meat goat market animal exhibitors will be required to bring their auction animal(s) to the Delaware County Fairgrounds to be tagged and registered for the auction.
Please note the following:
1. The deadline to register your sheep, swine, or meat goat for the auction is June 3.
2. You should bring with you, a Bill of Sale that would indicate date of birth, date of purchase, and cost of the animal. If the animal is bred and owned by the exhibitor, then you should be able to provide the date of birth and value.
3. You should bring with you any veterinarian records for your animal.
4. You should bring with you your Project Record. If you have any questions about how to fill one out, help will be available at the weigh-in in June. Additional copies are available on the CCE web site.
Please note that participation in this event on either June 2 or 3 is mandatory if you want to sell your animal at the auction. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
